The author

Timoteo Crnković

He built his work around a sentence most self-help and symptom-management approaches avoid: the harder you try to fix yourself, the longer the problem stays.

01 — Who he is

Structure, not story.

A certified hypnotherapist specializing in anxiety, panic, and the subconscious patterns that keep people stuck for years, he trained in Advanced Ericksonian Hypnotherapy under Dr Robert McNeilly, MBBS, who studied directly with Dr Milton Erickson.

His approach doesn't rely on analyzing the past or managing symptoms for life. It rests on a single idea: anxiety isn't a flaw to fix. It's a signal protecting something underneath — and the moment you see what it's protecting, the problem can begin to lose its hold, often far faster than people expect.

The work looks at the structure of the pattern, not the content of the story. All sessions are held online, in English, with clients internationally. Stop Fixing Yourself is that work, written down: the sentences in it have been spoken across a table hundreds of times.

02 — After the book

The book works on its own. Sometimes it opens a door.

Most readers don't need anything beyond the book. For some, it shows them a pattern they can't unsee — and that's the moment a conversation becomes useful. Not to get a new technique. To look at the specific way your pattern runs, with someone who has watched hundreds of versions of it.

03 — How it works

Online. In English. Structural, not analytical.

Format

Sessions are held online, one on one. Tim is based in Croatia (CET) and works with clients internationally; times are arranged to fit US and other time zones.

The work

The focus is the structure of the pattern, not the content of your story. You won't be retelling your childhood for months, and you won't leave with homework.

First call

A short introductory conversation. You describe what's been running; you get an honest read on whether this work fits your situation. If it doesn't, Tim says so.

04 — Is this a fit

He doesn't work with everyone. Better to say it now.

This is for you
  • You've tried a lot, and the problem keeps coming back.
  • You want to work on what keeps the pattern alive, not on managing the symptom forever.
  • You're ready to be honest about what the problem has been protecting.
  • You want a direct read, without flattery.
This is not for you
  • If you're looking for one more technique to calm things down for a week.
  • If you want slow, open-ended analysis with no clear movement.
  • If you want a passive fix that requires nothing from you.
  • If you need someone to confirm the story you already have.

What are you bringing?
How long has it been running?
Have you read the book?

Not required. It just changes where the conversation starts.

Common questions
Is this therapy?
No. Hypnotherapy is not psychotherapy or medical treatment, and it doesn't replace either. It works alongside whatever care you already have. If your situation calls for a different kind of help, the introductory call is where you'll hear that.
Does this work online?
All of Tim's client work happens online and has for years. Trance is a state of attention; a screen between two people doesn't interfere with it.
Will there be techniques to practice?
No. The same position as the book: techniques tend to become one more way of fighting yourself. The work is about seeing the pattern, and seeing doesn't require homework.
What happens on the first call?
You describe what's been running and what you've already tried. Tim tells you how he reads the pattern and whether the work fits. Both answers are useful.

Start with the book. If it opens something, the conversation is here.
